Half Beef Share

The half of beef share total cost is $3975

Our half beef shares consist of 275-315lbs of beef. It contains approximately 50% steaks, roasts, stew meats, braising cuts,  brisket, fajitas, short ribs etc and 50% ground beef or burger patties. The cut you receive depend on your selection and the animal being processed.  

You will need about 8 cubic feet of freezer space to store meat. 

To secure your beef share:

1. Pay our $500 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.
2. We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to schedule a call with us, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet. We are here to help.
3. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks from your  delivery date.  We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct from designated pick up location in your state.  
4. Your remaining balance of $3475 will be due when delivery is scheduled.
